Women's Retreat - Be Still and Know
Saturday, April 27th from 9am-3pm the Cedar Falls Christian Church has invited all of the ladies to a women’s retreat. They will be hosting it at CFCC but presented by Salt Light. There is a registration cost of $25 and they need to know by April 20th. Every women is welcome and would love to see you all there!
Crafting Weekend!
Our crafting weekend is back! It will be April 12 – 13th. You can bring your crafts you been working on and keep working while having the benefit of spending time in community. Friday will be from 5pm- 9pm. Then Saturday will be from 9am – 5pm!
Redemptive Compassion Conference
On Saturday, April 6th RECC would like to invite you to join us in attending Redemptive Compassion Conference. It will be held at the Cedar Valley Church in Waterloo. It will start at 9 am and go till noon. This is sponsored by one of the missions we support: Love Inc. They have a guest speaker Lois Tupyi. We would love for you all to join.

Good Friday Service
Thank you for joining RECC and Cedar Falls Christian Church for our group gathering for Good Friday. We met here at River’s Edge Christian Church. We loved seeing everyone!
Glory in a Manger
On Sunday, December 17th at 6pm, Cedar Falls Christian Church hosted a candlelight service. We celebrated the birth of our glorious Savior and Kings! There was participants from both churches involved in this service. Everyone was encouraged to attend this beautiful celebration.
Christmas, Crafts & Cookies
Thank you for joining us on Saturday, December 2nd for Christmas, Crafts and Cookies! Thank you to all the families that came to make a couple of Christmas crafts as well as decorate and enjoy some amazing Christmas Cookies!
Trunk-Or-Treat
Thank you to all those who helped us give the kids in our neighborhood a fun Halloween!
** It happened Tuesday, October 31st RECC was a stop for those who were trick or treating! We were there from 6-8pm that night! We loved to seeing everyone’s amazing costumes!
Spice of Life

Parables in the Park
Join us at Tibbitts Park in Waterloo for Parables in the Park! We will be there August 1st through the 4th. Each night we will start at 5:30pm and go until 7pm. We will learn about a few different parables Jesus told as well as some gospels!
Cedar Valley Night of Worship
Sunday, July 30th at 6pm at 1247 Cedar Bend St. we will be having a night of worship through music! We will have both contemporary songs and some older songs. As a bonus we will have a good ole fashioned hymn-song! Feel free to come and go as you desire and bring your friends!
Good Friday
Friday, April 7th at 6:30pm RECC hosted ourselves as well as those from the Cedar Falls churches to remember how the cross changed everything in our lives! Thank you all for coming!
Koinonia Meal and Service
Rivers Edge Christian Church had our Koinonia Meal and Serice. We hosted it on Thursday, April 6th, at 6:30pm. Our theme of the service was to remember the night before Jesus died. We were so excited to have you!
Love to Craft
March 10 and 11th we hosted a craft time where anybody could come and bring their crafts to build community and relationships. Food was provided and everyone was welcome.
Love Your Neighbor Banquet
This February RECC first group of those who studied Rooted would like to host a banquet for everyone! On Saturday, February 18th starting at 5pm here at RECC!
